Product:
Our merchandise is warehoused and shipped
from Omaha, Nebraska. In some cases products may be shipped direct from the
manufacturer if we are out of stock.
Should a product be out of stock, we will contact
the customer for a choice of a backorder or cancellation of the product order.
Backorder times cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Handling:
All product shipments 1 pound and under will ship
USPS. All product shipments 1.01 pounds and over will ship via United Parcel
Service according to the total order weight (UPS residential rates), unless
other arrangements are chosen by the customer. Rush orders and special USPS
orders are available for additional fees of $2.00 each. A handling fee of $4.00
will be added to each order. A tracking number can be given to any customer upon
request after shipping.
Additional Fees:
For each order that specifies a signature must be
obtained for delivery, a fee of $3.50 will be charged (subject to change per
UPS). All orders requested to be shipped USPS will receive a delivery
confirmation fee of $.65 (subject to change per USPS.
Payment:
Payment is expected in advance of shipping. We
accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
Returns:
If you receive an item that has been damaged in
transit, you may return it for a replacement, exchange or refund. If you do
receive a damaged item, please contact Renko Marketing via e-mail or phone
within 7 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You must have
an RMA number to return items. A 20% restocking fee may apply. All items must be
returned in the original packaging (with all accessories included and packed
sufficiently to resist damage in the return process) within 30 days of receipt
of the order.
